The customer came to me with a knife that had attempted to chop through a chicken bone and failed.

I was able to grind out all the damage, then I had to do some pretty significant thinning of the primary bevel which left me with a poor surface finish so with the customers approval I brought it up to a mirror polish leaving us with a super cool looking cleaver knife that preforms better than ever.
